Basic Liability Coverage – Chapa’s Moving Service
provides our customers with free basic coverage for their move. Our Basic Liability coverage insures your possessions at a rate of $0.60 per pound per article. If you are shipping items that require additional coverage, please read below for more information on our premium insurance coverage.
Premium Insurance Coverage
Full replacement value coverage can be purchased directly for moving insurance; please log on to www.MovingInsurance.com. The insurance company requires that all policies be purchased a minimum of 72 hours prior to your move day! The assessed value of your inventory should be equal to the total insurance purchased.
